Among the variety of black truffles this is the most aromatic. Comes up with a dark black peel and the interior is dark with white veins.
Net weight: The size varies from a walnut to an orange. It is a truffle mostly round in shape .

Deadline: we recommend to consume the product within 4/5 days from purchasing.
Ideal: appetizers, pasta dishes, meat or fish, eggs.
Matchings: It lends itself to the preparation of rich first courses and it is great with Chianina meat, carpaccio of ostrich meat or homemade dried beef, topped with parmesan and pine nuts. Excellent with sea bream baked in foil.
