Family of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual monovarietal) with Sierra de Cazorla Protected Designation of Origin. All of them produced at the beginning of November from Selected Green Olives.

The Picual variety is characterized by being a full-bodied EVOO, bright green and very balanced in its bitterness and spiciness characteristic of this variety. It is an extra virgin with intense fruitiness. Its most characteristic tasting notes are the tomato plant, green almond and fresh grass. Among the best qualities of the picual is its great resistance to oxidation, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E it possesses and the large amount of antioxidants present as it is a green early harvest olive fruit.
