These are the first oils from LA Organic. Philippe Starck created the packaging, based on traditional canning. In fact, it preserves olive oils better. LA Original can be compared to a “reserve” in the world of wines. LA Original is LA Organic's standard oil.

With a smooth and pleasant texture, this oil shows an agile and energetic palate, with an intriguing nutty flavor accompanied by aromatic notes of green tomato, apple, steel and green banana. Its fully Spanish character comes from its meatiness and pleasant aftertaste.
