These are the first oils from LA Organic. Philippe Starck created the packaging, based on traditional canning. In fact, it preserves olive oils better. LA Original can be compared to a “reserve” in the world of wines. LA Original is LA Organic's standard oil.

It has exemplary elegance as well as harmony, freshness and an eminently fruity character (almond). The palate is soft, with slight bitter notes that give it enormous personality.
