This truffle is known as “marzuolo”, since the collection period in march. Its special feature is the scent decided over the very garlicky taste.

Net Weight: not reach large sizes, these vary from a peanut to a little more than a plum.

Deadline: we recommend to consume the product within 5 days of purchase.

Ideal: appetizers, pasta dishes, meat or fish.

Matchings: Grated and loose with the butter is ideal for preparing delicious toasts or as a base for pasta dishes such as dumplings or cappelletti. To dazzle, pair it with raw seafood. The combination with ravioli and seafood is delicious.
